We provide non-medical home care throughout Kendall, Will, DuPage, and Kane Counties, and care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are calling about an urgent situation, such as a hospital discharge in the next few days, please say so when you contact us so that we can prioritize the conversation.

What Happens After You Contact Us

A first conversation. We listen to what is happening with your loved one, answer your questions, and explain how our care works. There is no pressure and no obligation.
A free care assessment. If it makes sense to go further, we arrange a visit to the home. We meet your loved one, look at routines, health conditions, mobility, and the home environment, and talk with the family about what help would make the biggest difference.
A written care plan. We propose a plan that sets out which services the caregiver will provide, on what schedule, and how your loved one prefers things done. You review and adjust it before anything starts.
Caregiver introduction. We match a caregiver to your loved one's needs and personality and introduce them, usually while a family member is present.
Care begins, and stays in touch. Each visit is documented, and you hear from us promptly if anything changes.

What to Have Ready

You do not need everything worked out before you call. It does help to have a rough idea of:

Where your loved one lives and who else is involved in their care.
The kind of help that seems needed, for example companionship, hands-on personal care, dementia support, or relief for a family caregiver.
Any health conditions, recent hospital stays, or mobility concerns.
The days and times when support would be most useful, even approximately.
Any upcoming dates that matter, such as a discharge, a family trip, or a return to work.
